Quick Answers Before You Submit

Do I need to be a client to participate?

No. Anyone can refer. Active clients may also choose to receive rewards as account credits.

When do I get paid?

Qualified Meeting Rewards are earned after the meeting is held and attended. Won Contract Rewards are earned after the first recurring invoice is paid. Timing depends on verification and processing.

What if multiple people refer the same company?

We apply a first valid submission rule or another method at our discretion.

What counts as MRR?

MRR includes recurring monthly fees for the managed services contract. It excludes one-time fees, hardware, project work, pass-through charges, and taxes/fees unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Will I be kept in the loop?

Yes, at a high level. We will confirm whether a referral is accepted, qualified, and approved for rewards. We do not share confidential details such as pricing, proposals, or internal documentation.
